Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- Free from damage caused by misuse or crashes
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-built drones or modified equipment
- Items marked as final sale
- Products with broken seals on electronic components
- Items damaged due to crashes or pilot error
How to Return

- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Ship to our return address with tracking
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days after receipt
Refund Process
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us. We will provide instructions for the exchange process and ensure you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.
